This is my favorite post gym lunch. The ingredients feel really fresh and the portions are huge which is great. Love the tuna, half and half base, and the LA sauce. Sometimes they're out of ingredients which is a bummer, but you can always ask for a double portion oh the other ingredients. The only downside is the attitudes of the workers. Both times I've been in the workers have been less than enthusiastic. I'll still come because it's delicious, but damn a smile would be nice.

I really don't like writing a negative review and I avoid it by first talking to the employee(s) or supervisor. So I did call to speak with a supervisor to relay my experience from the previous day. I wish I had read the reviews here first before the call because the negative experiences posted by customers in the past 11 months were almost exactly the same as mine. The lack of a greeting, the brooding, disinterested, annoyed attitude of perhaps the same young man mentioned in several negative reviews, the zero assistance in navigating the ordering process, the lack of any warmth, charm--you're selling poke, for crying out loud--where's the aloha? Now to the food:  my son ordered poke; I wanted to try their ramen. My son enjoyed his dish although the rice was too warm to have raw fish packed and snap closed. Oh well, we live to tell the tale. My ramen, on the other hand, was a huge disappointment. It was packaged ramen. It was all around MEH. I went to the counter to ask for togarashi. I was pointed to sesame salt. My broth needed more flavor so why not. Just as the goma sio was being sprinkled, I spotted the togarashi. I was hoping it was saltless but at that point, I just didn't care. I was already feeling the "just finish up and jet" push. Incidentally, I still tipped them but truth be told, I felt since they still had to make my ramen in the back and with their attitude, who knows what gets thrown into my bowl if they see that I opted not to tip. Neither of the two young men checked on us and they carried on the same with the other customers. I don't think they want you to dine in. It just had that air about it. We quietly finished our meal and left. Too much to expect a "thank you" and definitely not a "come back again!" It didn't happen. I so wanted to give the kid a chance:  perhaps his dog died, girlfriend/boyfriend just dumped him, got into a car wreck, some. thing!! I told his supervisor to just have a talk with him.Weeks have gone by and I let this incident pass with a commitment to not  return any time soon and then I got a notification from Yelp today to leave a review. I was going to ignore it until I took a scroll through the past reviews. This has been going on nearly a year and obviously never addressed!! What utter disrespect they have for their customers to ignore these complaints.  So here I am now composing this because I'm massively livid! It's either a case of nepotism or they just don't give two falafels about their customers because it's obvious no effort has been made to correct the boys' attitudes. This is now on the owners.
