Of the many luxury hotel choices in Vegas, this one falls short. For a five star hotel, youd expect to be a bit spoiled and for me it felt like a three star experience. There was just a lot of small inconveniences that resulted in a subpar stay. Rooms face inwards into other hotel rooms, Keurig had no coffee pods, no toothbrushes/sink amenities provided unless you call (and tip them ofc), drink tickets that expired as we finished checking in, and overall lacked the Japanese influence (omotenashi who??)bummed they didnt have the ToTo washlet!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Unfortunately the room was not ready when we arrived around 3pm - we were offered a different room but decided to hold out for what was booked. They held our bags and gave us drinks vouchers for the 3.30pm - 4.30pm happy hour. This suited us just fine and we enjoyed a few drinks in that hour. When we went back down, our room was ready and it was lovely! No view to speak of but we weren't in LV to look out of a window. The bed was so comfortable and it was really quiet too. Lovely bathroom and products and very spacious. I'd read so many negative reviews about the mini bar and extra charges but luckily there were no issues with our stay. The elevators were always quiet and quick to arrive too. All in all it was a great stay!

I'm not impressed. Number one, the staff made it clear that you could not use the refrigerator to store personal items like water. They have a 30 second rule that if you take something out of the refrigerator for longer than 30 seconds its charged to your account. Second. The shower was a little weird on how to operate it. Which valve worked water pressure vs. temperature. Third, and perhaps in my opinion, the most important is the fact that the pictures on the website are nowhere near as accurate as seen in person because the views are horrible. Overall, I was not impressed. It was really overpriced. I was better off being at the Bellagio. The two properties are almost the same price, and the Bellagio is much nicer, lighter in terms of sunlight, more airy, and a better place to stay.
