        The first time I reached out to them on a Sunday and they were so very helpful. They even told me they would not charge me a service call fee. After that, they have been to my house 2-3 times. They are on time, communicate very well to keep you informed of their arrival, they respect your property, stand behind their work and their prices are competitive. They are one of the few honest plumbing businesses in town. Save yourself the hassle and just call them. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection, Faucet repair, Faucet installation

        I called Loyalty Plumbing to come and investigate a leak in my house. They were very accommodating and able to fit me in same day! Jared and Alex were the technicians that came out to take care of the plumbing issue. They contacted me well before their arrival to confirm the location and gain some additional knowledge of the issue prior to their arrival. They went straight to work and resolved the issue almost immediately. Jared and Alex were very friendly, extremely considerate while doing their work and very knowledgeable about what was going on and how to fix it. They represented Loyalty Plumbing with upmost professionalism. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues/work I need done in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!         I reached out to loyalty plumbing to install a whole house filtration unit asap. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they went on to install the unit following the manufacturer instructions immediately. They did an incredible job. Jared and Alex were really easy to work with and dedicated. Would definitely recommend them! I did get a good discount joining their loyalty program and now I have plumber available for emergencies.
