Chipotle Mexican Grill

DO NOT order from this location seriously the worst! They filled the bowl with rice, barely any meat, no lettuce no veggies, barely any salsa, a dime of guac. Worst portion of food from any chipotle Ive ever been to. Had to wait for ten mins for someone to grab my food off the back table but it was ready when I arrived. They never secured the lid of the food and it spilled in the bag. Used to be a loyal customer but Never again. waste of money. any fast food dollar menu would have been better!

Loyal chipotle customer but this location is the WORST. Messes up my order every single time. How hard is it to look at a slip and add the right ingredients to a bowl? No one here can figure it out. Ever. Will be going to a different location from now on.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I normally love Chipotle but after the order today it left a really bad taste. The order was completely wrong, soggy, the tortilla was hard as a rock for one of my bowls, pork was undercooked, rice was hard, and it had dairy all over it even though I didnt order any since Im vegan. I am just so disappointed of of course no one from the store or corporate will respond

Ordered through the app, got to the store and was given entirely wrong order. Drove back home and opened my bowl up just to see the disappointment of all of the proteins from the two separate bowls thrown into one, and the other bowl left with nothing but rice, beans cheese and lettuce. So I drive 20 minutes back, and when I get to the store, they take the food into the back to look it over. After waiting a few minutes, the cashier comes out and asks me "do you want a refund or fresh food?" To which I say "I just want the food remade" and she walks back into the back. I wait a few more minutes, and she comes out again and says "okay, so you'll have to call corporate and get your order refunded, and then we can make your food again and charge you again." Why on earth would I need to go through this convoluted process to get a bowl with the ingredients 10 feet from the cash register? Begrudgingly, I comply. I call corporate, and their lines are all busy, so they tell me they will call me back. That was 50 minutes ago. Something better needs to be done than this, this is just ridiculous. I waited this whole time, and no update. I guess I'll just never return to this location, I'd rather go out of my way to one that can make a basic two bowl order right.

SOOO DIRTY the line of rice, beans & proteins looked absolutely disgusting! Pieces of fallen tomatoes in the beans, the beans dropping into each other when they scoop it. The rice looked soggy the beans looked old & cross contaminated with everything else on the line. Every single thing on the line looked unappealing & thats not even getting to the prices yet. A veggie option is now just as expensive as the chicken option. & the other meats have been bumped up to $10. We also ordered a chicken quesadilla that was posted as being $4 + $.70 for the chicken.. however on my receipt the cheese quesadilla we were charged for was actually more expensive than my burrito bowl. Also, they changed the quesadillas so instead of getting two tortillas on top of each other they roll you up a cheese burrito looking thing w one tortilla & toast it up. This experience was SO off putting I will never return to Chipotle.
