Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Chipotle workers at this location always seem to be going through the motions. I understand dealing with certain people can be draining that's not excuse for their attitudes. They always give small portions of meat, literally a spoonful or less than the spoonful. I always have a ton of hot sauce, sour cream and lettuce on my bowls... yet barely any meat. I'm sure the demographic that goes to this location is an entitled demographic, during COVID restrictions I can't tell you how many people were super rude to the workers when asked to wear their masks. Respectively, everyone has a choice of whether or not they want to wear a mask so I don't care what their choice is. However, when it's not up to the employees, it's federal mandate it's messed up to argue with people that are just trying to do their job. I felt bad for the workers and could see them holding back tears. This location needs some TLC, probably a better manager and I really hope Chipotle pays them fair wages, fair wage equals happier workers willing to put in the effort. For now this location is a Debby downer, lacks quality and service.

Chipotle is a quaint little place. Some of their secrets are true and some aren't. I'm going to keep the true ones to myself in hopes you get to figure them out yourself. It'll be fun...

I will not be coming back to this location ever again. The people that work here barely even say hi or acknowledge you. Food portions are wack compared to other locations and on top of that they dont take off any fat from the meat. Ive gotten chicken bowls and steak burritos from this place and I had to constantly spit out pieces of fat and nerves. Literally kills my appetite each time. Oh and the guacamole!! The guacamole that they served me mustve been 3 days old because it tasted horrible Im pretty sure it was expired. Save yourself the disappointment and take your business to another location.
