    I started this 'quest' in Sept/2023. I have been told, by employee(s) of NuMotion, that I needed to get rid of ALL my wheelchairs, as I "was not allowed to own more than one wheelchair". (WT?) Did she expect me to just sit on the floor until one arrived, as I CAN NOT WALK! The person who was to measure me lives in Utah - no one available in NV? He never actually measured me, and allegedly took measurements from my 15+ yo wheelchair. I asked for it to be wider and he mentioned he would make the seat deeper. NEITHER happened. After the first of the year, someone brought a wheelchair to me, claiming it was the one ordered for me. Castor wheels were wrong, legs were wrong - ALL measurements were wrong! They tried to actually give me (60yo) a PEDIATRIC wheelchair - telling me it "just was too new and it would loosen up"! I refused it. I then waited more months After waiting since 10/23 and it was now 3/24 - and I had PAID MY ENTIRE PORTION in 11/23, I called and wanted my wheelchair. Sonya told me that her manager was now "allowing me to have the chair". Only to tell me the next business day that my authorization had lapsed - and to just "wait it out". Now knowing their track record, I contacted MY insurance and I had it expedited (I shouldn't have had to do this, THEY should have known the deadlines and should have contacted the agencies I did!) When the person finally showed up with my wheelchair - I was NOT GIVEN A CHOICE as to the cushion. I'm sure the cushion with the biggest commission was chosen. I know of these, and rejected it. I was NEVER shown ANY choice of cushions, so had to pick from a cushion I had used previously. Supposedly, the cost is the same. (I do NOT believe this!) I was SO frustrated and disappointed in their actions; I had started inquires with other vendors in order to get a wheelchair. I wouldve paid more (not using Medicare), but I would be dealing with people more empathetic towards a disabled/handicapped person, were WAY more knowledgeable of the Laws & Rights as well as the entire process. The chair I received, after about 6 months, took twice as long, they attempted to give me a Pediatric chair as the one for me - TWICE, they clearly never look at the orders coming in versus what was ordered, asking for a wider chair never happened, telling me they ordered a deeper chair never happened, they never gave me any choice as to the seating availabilities, - if I had never gone through this process with knowledgeable people, I wouldnt even know how horrible this was.
