        Went in today for another cataract consultation since I wasn't able to get financing with NVision and their website stated that they offer several financing options .. Well that is not true, they offered two one with care credit who already has denied me and who also have very bad reviews and with another I hadn't heard of but also denied me and again with no reason given. Credit is good, payment history excellent but cannot get financed. I'm not sure why with surgery prices being so high and insurance paying the bare minimum why offices do not offer better financing options perhaps their patients have thousands of dollars laying around and don't need financing... The doctor and staff was very nice which is why I gave two stars

        Very unprofessional! Understaffing should not be my problem. 2 canceled appointments, inconsistent billing and zero results. Neither Dr. listened to my concerns about my vision loss...dismissed it as "dry eyes" and told me to buy some drops and schedule more appointments.
