Fantastic customer service. My wife had a problem with her glasses/purchase. They looked into the problem, apologized for the problem and replaced the defective pair with a new pair at no charge. I had a similar issue with a pair of reading glasses at Optic Gallery next to Sportsmans Warehouse and the jerks refused to fix the problem of my lenses continuing to pop out from the Day I Bought Them! Once I paid, the problem was all mine and mine alone. I will only go to Costco Optical now, they treat people ten times better than the opticians office I visited does. Well, done, Costco!

I had a really good experience and got my prescriptions (contact and glasses) on my way out with no issues. The price was very good as well which is important since I have no vision insurance.

The most pleasant medical experience I've ever had. It was easy to book an appointment, everyone was on time. The doctor and staff friendly and interactive. The front desk clerk even found a coupon that saved over $100 from the total. THANK YOU!

My wife and I went to the eye care to make an appointment to have our check up. When my wife asked the women at the desk if they accepted our insurance she rudely told my wife that it was up to us to call the insurance company and ask if they are accepted at Costco. Hmm, all other eye care places we have went knew whether or not they accept the insurance we had or they called the insurance company for us. We never and will never go back to this company for eye care. I don't have time to deal with rude and unprofessional people. I am bringing my business to you not you bringing a needed service to me.
