My recent visit to Vision Works was outstanding. The exceptional service began during my pretest with one of the staff members followed by Dr. Shannon during my eye examination, both demonstrated expertise and genuine care. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Picking out glasses was a breeze thanks to the helpful staff member who guided me through the selection with patience and expertise. Their attention to detail ensured I found the perfect pair. Overall, the professionalism and exceptional customer service at Vision Works exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of optical care.

Went to this location recently for the first time on 3/27/2024 and was greeted by a very rude and uninviting front desk lady. She is Ethiopian I believe with braids. She was rushing me and talk so fast in regards to the paper o didnt understand not a work she said. Her and the other woman a mixed light skin woman were talking with each other about men and paying attention to their own conversations more then their customers. Also the lady helping me to pick out my lens were very dry and uninviting no help at all. I decided not to get my lens from them due to their horrible customer service skills. I wanted to give one star but decided to give two stars because the two ladys who did my initial eye exams and Doctor Lesa Davis were awesome. Dr. Davis made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and had great doctor patient skills. They need to get rid of their two front assistants and get new ones and itll be a great office. Because if I didnt pay my co pay already I would have left without seeing the doctor.
