Drs. Kopolow & Girisgen (Lake Mead)

Richard Katz has to be one of the worst eye doctors you go there and you wait longer than you need you dont get stuff done and its not about being thorough its about being timely. He kept me and my family there for hours and hours how upsetting I wanted to leave with my children needed their eye exam, and I needed my exam and it took forever couldnt even get to see my children, I do not recommend Dr. Katz by any means he needs to retire and go somewhere else because this office is normally thorough and get you in and out but with this doctor there its just ridiculous I dont think I will be going back to this location again or anywhere Dr. Katz is at.

Dr. Cruz is the worst, most unprofessional doctor Ive ever had the misfortune of using for any medical practice. Im canceling all my appointments here. Do not use this office especially dr Lawrence Cruz as he will fail you every step of the way

I had to wait an hour and a half past my scheduled time to see Dr. Katz. The tech doing my eye test was new and didn't have anyone helping her. I filled out all my forms online per their request only to have the tech ask me all the same questions and data enter them all again while i watched. The equipment and office was very old and outdated. The doctor was nice, but all over the place. I was told her spends over an hour with each patient. I won't be back.

I came to the lake mead facility for an eye exam. The eye doctor I had was great and very helpful. First issue that arose is I was never informed that I would need to get eye dilation, so I was charged $29 for a retinal scan or I would have to reschedule. Fine. I clearly indicated that I wanted to discuss contact lenses with the doctor and determine if I was a good fit. I was told that I could speak with him and then would calculate the charges at the end. I ended up being pressured to get the contacts and sign a contract. As soon as I singed it, the doctor came in and said he didnt think I was a good fit for contacts but since I had already bought them I could give it a try. I ended up being charged almost $350 plus another $200 for glasses. I canceled the contact order the following day and was told I would be refunded. I got $21 back! I called and left a voicemail, no answer. I then came into the store and the male manager was very rude. He accused me of lying. Then stated that I was charged $65 for a fitting plus another $40 for the evaluation. I tried to explain that those charges were never discussed with me. The office staff was in such a rush to leave that they left me uninformed and treated me with disrespect because their receptionist cannot clearly describe the transactions, stating simply we will go over it after the exam which no one was there when I left. I will never return to this facility as the hidden fees and personality of employees is not worth my time or money.
