Beware they sold me a fake Oakley, they did refunded my money but they still claim that they buy thier Oakley's directly to Oakley, I tried to get copy of my prescription Ashley (lady who helped me at the store told me that the doctor's office is permanently closed). She just did not want to give me my prescription. I attached a photos proof of fake Oakley. If you look at this photos you will see a square of the #'s ( those are measurements) the square is supposed to be Oakley logo not square, and it si made in China, Oakley is made in California USA. I tried to look up the model# at Oakley official website there is no such model #. Every Oakley comes with authentication but Ashley (employee#101112) told me that she can give me a couple of authenticity card if I want, she told me they throw them (authenticity card) away because they are not needed. I have been wearing Oakley for a very long time, all the one I buy has authentication and waranty card. Wasted my time, very upsetting.

Frustrated and disappointed, super waste of time. We've been doing our eye exam since 2021 in this location but this year it was upsetting for my son's to have his contact lens. It's his first time to get it and I feel that they are selling contact lens with us. We called to confirm about the contact lenses but unfortunately, no prescription, we called them but gave us wrong information that they are ordering the free trials. I called again to confirm that he didn't have the prescription and ending that we have to schedule an appointment for eye exam for contact lens. We came today, the eye doctor explain what happen regarding the prescription and keep telling the same thing. I get it, they already told me over the phone and thats why we came to schedule his eye exam for contact lens. I was upset and disappointed. Is it clear that we came for the schedule for eye exam not for your repetitive explanation then, just the doctor told me that she is not comfortable to check my son for his eye exam contact lense because Im upset.....WASTE OF TIME. They ask if we can schedule to another doctor? What? We came here for nothing. Nevermind we will find another eye doctor and will not come back to this branch/Visionworks.
