        Extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. Very skilled in the cosmetic procedures, even when doing medical surgeries. He and Abby were very accommodating and took their time to explain everything including any follow-up questions in the future.

        Very professional. They did the procedure, didn't feel like they were rushing me in and out. It's only been a couple days and the scar is looking pretty good. Dr. Hand explained everything he was doing. I would refer friends and family to Dr. Hand.
