Worst property manager ever! Completely 2 faced. Will promise you the world and once the lease is signed do none of what was promised and pawn you off on her rude unprofessional assistant. Worst leasing experience of my life had to spend thousands out of pocket to make the home livable then when I moved out was refused the return of my deposit and given a bunch of bogus expenses as a reason why. Nice way to steal $7000 from someone. Had to hire an attorney and will be pursuing legal action. The best type of business you can do with someone like this is none. Luckily I keep everything and have all my expenses, the list of unkept promises that was agreed to prior to signing lease, all email and text corespondents, complete set of photos moving in and out. Im so glad that Im overly cautious because its people like this that will take advantage of you at every turn. I would give negative 5 stars if possible. Below are Ive light images of the filth my son and I were stuck living in. These pics are the kitchen and dining area. So gross and it was throughout the entire house.

Cynthia Glickman had me every step of the way to selling my house it was a difficult sale having to go through probate she handled it with care perspective and dedication to help me. I would recommend her in any sale or purchase.

We where very happy, our broker Cynthia was more that helpful through out the process guiding us in every step of the way. Our place sold without any issues which was fantastic as we where out of town at the time and Cynthia Glickman handled it all. She kept in touch with us long after the sale was final, to make sure everything was good. We appreciated her expertise and recommend her highly.
