Great place to stay in Vegas. Just south of the strip but close enough. Nice and quiet with an extremely friendly staff.

This family-friendly resort offers great amenities and perfect access to Las Vegas without being in the middle of it. The shuttle gives easy access to "the strip." The rooms are spacious but are missing essential equipment such as a pizza cutter in the full kitchens. The heated pool and lazy river provide a tropical oasis. Service in general (especially housekeeping) seem to be the weak-links in this property. The room had cobwebs and visible dust in many places, there were giant pieces of discarded food under the sofa-sleeper, and we kept finding tiny pieces of black plastic on the bedroom floor. When we explained that we needed a vacuum, we were told that they would likely not be able to honor the request; they never did. We had to call for missing items from the unit such as knives, blankets, and pillows (these are all things that housekeeping should check prior to check-in) and sometimes wait HOURS to receive them. While some of the staff would go above and beyond for their guests, others were just plain rude and unhospitable. I might stay here again but only in a pinch; there are better options.
