        They have a physical barrier that prevents you from entering the store. It is not a wonder what it is empty. I spent my money at the Quay next door that did not have a physical barrier preventing you from entering the store.

        I was just at the Planet Hollywood location and dealt with a young lady, wish I would of caught her name. She was incredibly helpful and so nice!!! Amazing customer service and went above and beyond with trying to satisfy us. I would highly recommend to go to this place if you need new glasses or even have an issue with a pair you have.
