Again here I am updating my review about this place. We've have terrible experiences twice and one decent experience. My wife goes in for a contact pickup/followup the front staff don't have a complete understanding of what to do for the follow-up. On the phone call for the appointment they said wear your glasses explicitly but they wanted her to be wearing her contacts instead after arriving. They puff her eyes for a contact fitting for no reason? One person had told the person doing the intake "Use the middle machine" when they were confused on how to do the intake. Then after the puffing realized that wasn't the right machine and apologized to the coworker and just ignored my wife? She goes in to speak with the doctor and the doctor asks her which contact she put in first? My wife says they are the same prescription so it shouldn't matter right? The doctor asks it again the same way, my wife thinking she was too quiet says the same thing. The doctor instead of trying to clear up the confusion by rephrasing or explaining what they are trying to ask, like a trained medical professional would, just yells the same question at her? Then tries to make up for the fact that she yelled at her by saying it's so that the more recently put in eye has time to rest?? I mean it's not like the contacts go in 20 seconds after one another so it's very pressing information that warrants yelling. Gaslighting and poor service, count me in!
