Brendan at the desk was great, and so was the man I assume was the office/maintenance bay manager. I went in for an alignment, balance and rotation and was there for 2.5 hours, with a baby. The shop was incredibly busy, which is good, but there were not enough people to cover the desk, which is bad. In this economy, I get that though. My main frustration was the lack of communication about the process or where in the process my car was (especially being there so long, patiently waiting). They had a couple of Karens in that day My car service could not be completed due to an issue Ive never heard and I got my car back in worse condition than when I took it in. Not to mention, all of the mechanics grease all over the drivers side - inside. Gross. Wear gloves or shoe booties or at least clean it up with degreaser before giving it back. Like I said, the office was great, but I wont be going back, unfortunately.
