Luv the chapel. We were married there 24 years ago. The inside of the chapel is beautiful but the grounds around the pool have really deteriorated. Would appreciate if someone would update the sign on the gate with correct hours.

I would not use this venue again. We booked our venue about 10 months in advance. We had 4 different wedding planners. They were all super hard to get in touch with. When we would get in touch with someone, we were always super rushed to ask questions. They messed up our music for the ceremony. Its a shame because the venue is beautiful to use.

I don't know how they are in terms of weddings but I bought 2 bricks from them one to be placed and one to be picked up for when I was proposing to my now wife. 1st problem was even getting someone to even take my order. I got the forms online and emailed them over 2, one specifically stating not to place and to hold for pick up. I had to repeatedly call the venue to get them to take my card information to pay for the bricks and place the order. 2nd problem was when I went to go pick up my bricks they first had not printed out the bricks as requested in the order form. On top of this they also had placed both bricks right next to each other in the courtyard. So they told me I would have to come back after their crew took it out of the ground. As I do not live in Vegas this is a bit of a challenge and took 3 attempts before finally being able to acquire said brick. 3rd problem was the very flippant attitude of the manager when I finally was able to pick up the brick. She said she couldn't find it at first kind of wanting us to go away...then after we were like no this is the third time we've tried to pick it up she looked around again while murmuring about how we hadn't called first and found it after about 10 minutes. It was wrapped in a plastic cover with our names on it but she had to open it to see if it was really ours and then proceeded to hand me a brick which I carried around no bag no nothing through multiple casinos feeling like I was gonna get checked by security several times. I mean I wouldn't even spend the 500 for the two bricks if I had to do it all over again so trust them with your wedding if you dare.

I'm going to Vegas to elope and we were stuck between going classy or Vegas kitsch. The flamingo is the perfect balance between the too. Neither of our families will be there or know about the wedding until until we decide it's the right time to fill them in so digital images of the wedding are very important. I stayed at the flamingo earlier this year and thought the courtyard would be a beautiful place to have the wedding. Especially at night since it will be 108 the day we get into town. I asked about a simple elopement package and they had one that fit our needs for the most part. They only offer weddings during the day and in the August Las Vegas heat that's a no go. They refused to make accommodation even for an extra fee like other places on the strip to do one after sunset. they were unwilling to make a package that truly fit our needs and told us that it was more important that they clock out at a certain time than anything else. The fact is that none of the resorts on the strip is currently offering an elopement package geared towards just the couple.
