Certified Refurbished

I was super super excited to receive this MacBook as soon as I got my device and instantly there were some problems with it the keyboard was not working correctly, and the battery was absolutely awful. When I receive the MacBook, the battery said that it needed to be serviced and the battery health. Was at 68% also, I received a 2018 MacBook and not a 2020 when I reached out to Back Market, ( the company that they are sold through) they said that I could return the item and receive a new one but unfortunately, the seller did not have the one I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR definitely false advertising on their end would not recommend

I have been trying to contact this company to return the laptop they sent me that will not turn on since Dec 3, the day I received it. 4 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website. The number posted is no longer in service.

If I could Id give a minus 5 star. Thieves!! Do Not buy from this company through the Wish (China) App Will be filing a complaint with the Nevada State Attorney General!
