Chase Bank

The atms are always broken. Walk up is never available after hours. Guy inside said its getting fixed and that I should visit a different branch to use the atm. Doesnt he think if there was a closer branch I would be visiting it. That was two months ago. Drive thru doesnt accept cash deposits most of the time. I also work bankers hours so this is extremely inconvenient. Went to get cash out tonight and it said transaction denied. No reason given. I watched the vehicle behind mess with it a few times also. Changing banks cause of this. I also read someone elses review from 2 years ago saying they had the same problems with the atms. Come on chase. Fix it already.

Worse bank ever, they hold checks and when you ask for help they don't do anything at all! I don't recommend this bank at all! Horrible customer service

I like the Chase Bank franchise. However, this location is not good. Both the indoor and outdoor atm have given me problems. The lobby door scanner after hours always has issues and will not let you in. The arms do not have sufficient cash for any withdraws over $100. Go to a different branch.

Absolutely terrible experience. Only 1 teller. System crashes after already waiting a decent amount of time. Literally trying to give this bank my money to pay off a balance on a credit card and its like pulling teeth. Apparently this bank is set up to run money off debit cards (just like cash). Absolutely wasted my entire lunch period standing there at this lady through the window that was absolutely no help what so ever. Complete nonsense and non efficient business. Never ever going back into a chase bank and I will be canceling my credit card with them. I dont care about the points against my credit. I would never go back into this bank or work with chase in a way shape or form. This outfit should be disappointed. Its in one of the nicer parts of town and only 1 teller who is incapable of helping with debit card transactions to pay off credit cards. So irritating that now I need to go to another terrible chase bank to hope and pray they are capable of taking this payment so I can be done with this stupid card thats impossible to make payments on. Such a shame
