Hello so i just received my goaly box and its great and all but its missing the most important little part which is the tensioner that goes on one side to make the goaly box nice and upright and tight? Can I get the little part that is missing to put on myself?
Update they received my message and my concern and they helped me right away sent me the parts I needed. Thank you for great customer service!
