        I was very happy with the way the store was set up today! (3/18/24) I am in a wheelchair and usually I cant get ANYWHERE in a Clairs. (Which always made it difficult to shop there with my kids.) today I was finally able to get around comfortably. Without knocking anything over with my chair. The cashier (unfortunately I didnt get their name but this person was so nice and amazing.) They really made my daughter feel special for her 8th birthday. They knew how to handle a high energy child without making us feel judged. Thank you meadowwood mall Clairs!

        My daughter (8 yr old) just got ear piercing this afternoon at Claires. Aspen and the other lady were really nice to my daughter and so fast. I will take my second daughter there again when she is ready.

        This place sucks. One person working, nobody manning the registers. Spent 25 minutes at the front of the line only to be completely skipped over. No worries, I can buy cheap garbage online for less money.
