        My wife passed from cancer and UFCU keeps giving me the run around. They just continue to drain her account with fees. The social media manager tells you you'll get a call back. You won't.

        Worst experience EVER! I set up auto pay so my CC payment would not be late, that didn't work! Every month I am still paying a "late fee". The teller even was the person who set it up for me. I saved all my money to go in and pay off my CC and now that I have checked my account, they are saying I owe them over 1500.00 dollars. I just don't understand how they can just steal money from hard working people and get away with it, I'm shocked that our federal government allows this tyranny! Please don't use this bank, it is NOT a credit union and they will destroy your credit!!!!!!

        Do not bank with this company.. after taking them to court and winning a settlement they still will not release two forgerd checks that my late fathers ex wife forged... Do not bank with this company... Forging checks is completed ok with the attorneys and management..
