        Im picky when it comes to flowers. Which is funny because I dont know what I want, theyre not for me. I did almost 100% of my transaction in less than 2 emails and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Suzanne and her team is the best Ive worked with. Id give them more stars if I could.

        Needed flowers for a memorial service, and I live in another state. The person on the phone was wonderful, working with ny budget to get what I needed, verifying all the information and going out of her way to be helpful and compassionate. Wonderful phone service, and definitely in the "above and beyond" category. The service is next week, but I am confident - based on this interaction - that we will be pleased with their work. And they promise photos of the arrangement before it goes out for delivery and a delivery confirmation after, without even being asked. ETA: the photo of the completed arrangement and delivery confirmation arrived as promised. Lovely!

      Hi Shaneil, Thank you for your review. We are highly considering opening select stores on Saturdays and we are seriously taking your suggestion into consideration. Currently we do deliver on the weekends if you need our help. Orders have to be submitted on Friday by 3pm for a weekend delivery.
