I called and Manuel answered, when I asked my question, he answered me bluntly and hung up on me. I called again and he didn't answer. You need help and this is what they give you. Very poorly done. I don't know who writes these flattering reviews, but it wasn't like that with me. Too bad he couldn't deign to answer well and see if he could help me. Not recommended.

In a store here in Reno they gave us references for these services and when we spoke, Manuel answered us very kindly. In our conversation he told us all the details and requirements with details of the trip to the Mexican Consulate. We waited for appointments through "my consulate" for Las Vegas and recently I was able to obtain my INE, Matricula and my passport for the first time. Without a doubt, some would recommend these services to anyone interested in the Foreign Relations services of any Latin American country. after a long wait for the "On Wheel" and ineffective services, who without explanation did not provide me with the attention that I so urgently needed; I made the decision to find a better way to carry out my procedures with another consulate and I found these services. Manuel answered us very kindly and gave us all the options to obtain my passport. At first when I spoke with Manuel I realized that I did not have the necessary requirements to present myself to the Consulate and with his help and advice after a wait for my documents which we requested from the municipality of my state of origin in Mexico. Upon receiving the documentation we presented ourselves to the Consulate and I obtained my Passport, Registration Number and my INE to be able to vote from abroad. Thanks a lot!
