Nicole and her team are so great! They know their stuff and are always willing to help. They are all very responsive and on top of things. They go above and beyond to help us understand and are always finding ways for me to save more money which I love! So happy I found them!!

I had an appointment earlier this week. It was completely unnecessary to be in person or to have happen at all, but I was made to believe otherwise. When I got there, no one was wearing masks despite the state mask mandate still being in place. There was no hand sanitizer, and the staff made no effort to socially distance with me. In fact, numerous people expected me to shake their hands. I missed work because I was made to believe the meeting was necessary to renew my insurance, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. I am pregnant and trying to protect the health of my baby and I was shocked by the callousness shown by the staff.

Kendall is absolutely amazing! In such a stressful time, she made sure to keep me updated which I appreciate more than words can say. For me, it’s instances like this that will keep me loyal to State Farm for as long as I can. Kendall’s customer service rocks!
