        I was a State Farm customer for many years... until my agent spent all his time in Mexico on vacation.  It wasn't a great customer experience anyway.Shannon and her team changed all that, with extreme customer focused service for my home, vehicles, commercial business and personal liability coverage.Every request is taken care of immediately, with perfect coverage levels and up front communication from the office.  Add to that a great online user interface... and I am a very happy customer!  Shannon's office is the best in Reno, and super happy to doing business with her team.
