We used them for some law services and found the customer service was poor. I put down a retainer for services and after several months I hadn't heard back. I contacted them and they had done absolutely nothing and I had to remind them what it was that I needed. They sent me trust paperwork, which is not what I needed done. Once I got that settled the only way I knew anything was happening was because I would occasionally get an invoice. I never once got an update unless I paid to talk to someone. In the end they weren't able to resolve the issue which is fine, but then I had to beg to get the remaining deposit back and it wasn't even the correct amount per the final invoice. I feel like I spent a lot of money to get nothing, not even good customer service. They were friendly at the consultation which was nice but that was it.
