We have done 3 transactions with Samantha and Tressy (two buys and a sale) and can recommend it to others. In addition my parents also did a buy and a sale with similar good results. Samantha is very patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She has an extensive network of useful people to figure out all the little details that can come up during a transaction (handyman, plumber, gardener, etc). Highly recommended.
