Janice knows the Reno area so well. She is a great listener and truly put effort into our home search. We moved across the country with two young children, away from family and all that was familiar. She drove us around and did a narrative of different neighborhoods throughout town before we ever stepped foot in a home. She pivoted every showing to represent an important need on our list. The process was so streamlined and efficient. We cannot thank her enough. We landed in the perfect spot for our family and are enjoy calling Reno our new home partly due to this wonderful human!!!!

Best experience buying our 1st home with Janice and her team. Despite some circumstances we had ran into, Janice worked with us through it and surpass what we had expect from her.
