        I contacted Bev about refinancing because of the recent rate decreases. Bev was very responsive and after doing the calculations she was very honest with me stating that if I made extra principal only monthly payments that I could actually reach my goal faster without having to refinance and incur the extra fees involved. It is very refreshing in today’s market to have a professional that actually care more about their client then their own finances and goals.
