The Northern Nevada Home Buyers are a part of the Reno Chamber of Commerce and well established in Northern Nevada. Andy ( one of the owners) is a 5th generation Nevadan. Andy was not only very profesdional and courteous but also genuinely kind. Going with an unknown out of state company with no roots to our community was not a risk that we were willing to take. (We heard so many horror stories about other companies.) We had a senior family member and senior pets, so for us this was the best way to sell our home. I can't speak highly enough of this business. They are honest and have integrity. I called them on a late afternoon. We spoke about the property. We talked again the following day. This company gave me top dollar for my property. It closed on the 18th and the funds were in my account in the 22nd. They are like an extended family. They also gave me the option to rent back up to 6 months until I find another property to obtain. I would recommend Andy and his staff. They are wonderful. I really appreciate them.
