My wife and I just sold our home with Justin and were incredibly happy with the experience. This was our first home sale, so we had many questions and uncertainties about the process. As newcomers to the area and first-time homebuyers, I know we would have been lost without Mindy. Her deep knowledge of Reno's neighborhoods, schools, parks, etc, helped guide us to seeing an array of homes that would suit our family well. Each time we were seriously interested in a home she used an extensive network of connections to help us better anticipate the costs of necessary repairs and updates, and in so doing connected us with a great crew of tradespeople. And finally, when it came time to close on our new home, Mindy and the rest of her team were outstanding with support and communication (all while we did this from 3000 miles away). We can't thank her enough!

Justin and Mindy helped guide us as newcomers to the state to select and buy a home. Not knowing they area Justin was able to quickly lock in on our wants and needs and show us homes and areas that fit our lifestyle. Once we had a contract their work was just starting. Mindy really helped with all the due diligence tasks and helped us even find a short term rental while we were awaiting the close date. What a great team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mindy. When I was considering moving to Reno, she spent an entire day to familiarize me with the city and where it would be best for me to live. She was not only spot on in her recommendation, but then pointed me towards a house which I hadn't even seen on Redfin or Zillow. I am now THRILLED with my house and THRILLED with my neighborhood and it is all due to Mindy. She expertly led me through the inspection process and the closing process and I am currently using her recommendations for service providers. Mindy is the agent that you want and NEED on your side!
