Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I am a mailman and have picked mail up from this place before and I was always greeted by Holly Valentine with a smile and a friendly greeting. I recently have gone there to get my taxes filed and I cannot even begin to describe the amazing and helpful Holly Valentine. Last year Holly held this Jackson Hewitt down single-handedly. It seems she is doing it this year too! Holly is helpful, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. Give her a raise, a promotion, or something! Every 5 Star review is built on her back.

Ive been coming to this place for years now and Holly is a doll. Kindness and genuine goes a long way with me. Shes great at what she does.

I appreciate Hollys knowledge and her willingness to be upfront and honest. She always goes above and beyond to help. Im actually kind of a little annoyed at some of the reviews about her. They want to complain about her being the only one there and having to answer the phones and waste their time by doing so. I dont think thats a very fair review due to the fact that the staffing issue is not due to anything she can control. She is one person and she has basically 3 jobs to do when she is by herself. I think, considering the fact that she has to do all these things plus do tax returns she does a pretty great job doing it all! I dont know about these other people who seem to think that their time is more precious than anybody else time, but I for one am grateful that I can get my taxes done by a professional preparer who knows what she is doing and have the piece of mind knowing I dont have to worry about them being done wrong! And as far as scheduling appointment's the very last minute, give me a break! You know there are a lot of people that wait till the very last minute to do their taxes so its a very busy time for them and dont expect to get an appointment the week before the deadline and then turn around and complain about it! Thats just ridiculous! Maybe dont procrastinate and wait till last second to file your taxes and you wouldnt run into these problems!
