Not one to write reviews, however I feel this one is long overdue. I have been to Rays a total of 4 times. 3/4 times was an awful experience, starting from the moment I walked into the door. The one decent experience was when they actually took the time to find the tires I was looking for and found them. The most recent was last week when I was searching for two used trailer tires that are a very common size. I walked in and instantly got a very rude and unfriendly attitude from a woman whos name I believe is Monica. She told me to wait and was on a personal call for about 10 minutes before being helped. When she finally helped me, I was told to wait again for someone who could look for the tires. That was another 15 minutes. The wigged out guy who walked up front instantly declined to look for the tires. Mind you, this place has thousands, if not tens of thousands of tires that are fairly organized which leads me to believe they have tires of almost every size. When I asked if he was sure of not having them, he responded with, well if I did have them I probably wouldnt have said we didnt. At which point we traded some words and I left. This unfriendly, lazy customer service has happened almost every time I have gone there. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Clumsy. Put on 2 different tires on a 4wd f250. Had to go back next day. They moved them around, "free of charge" well it outta be, spun out jerks. Top it off on wY home, and I live on Valley Rd. 4bkicks from Ray's. The hub cap comes rolling off. Then I look, and I'm missing 2. So again in a rush, they misplaced my hubs I have one wrong tire on, u ask for a phone call and don't get one, and the woman in office talks to me Luke I'm five and I did dotting wtong?..
