        Always have great service, bought a set of tires for my new rims and after about 2 days I didn't like how they fit my wheels which I had picked out the size myself came back and asked if they can exchange them for a different size no questions asked they went ahead and switch them out couldn't be happier with the new set. Thanks this is the third set I have purchased.

        Bad location= bad service. A 1 hour wait just for a diagnostic turned into a 3 hour wait. Won't return to this location again...

        I bought tires from big o for 25 years and watched the customer service go down hill ever since. Getting tires at Les Schwab was so much better than the previous place.
