        Not a fan! $3,600 is what it is, for a new water heater to be installed after the old one fails. Waiting almost 2 weeks for it to be installed because of logistics is what it is. While heating pots of water to cleanse ourselves and our dishes was not ideal. Neither was being left with no water after waterlines were left exposed overnight during the replacement process. When the new water heater was installed it was positioned in a way that makes it difficult to reignite the pilot. I become a little irritated everytime I discover the wind blowing extinguishes the pilot light, leaving us with no hot water. From what I gather of the situation after requesting the issue be fixed is that it is something I am suppose to fix myself because of the air circulation from ventilation under my house. Not worth the $3,600 in my opinion.

        We give mad props to Matt and Mike they came out to our home and gave us a detailed estimate on a tankless water heater and softener due to an emergency we had with our old water heater. Not only did they give us an estimate they were able to get us hot water same day until the day of install of new system. They did an absolute beautiful and detailed job on our new tankless water heater and softener. After the install was complete they went through how everything works. We really appreciate the hard work, punctuality, honesty, very respectful and felt comfortable letting them work in our home. We highly recommend Matt and Mike! We definitely will keep them on speed dial for future projects. Thank you!

        We had a plumbing emergency on a Thursday afternoon and called Silver State Plumbing. They had someone here (JOSH) who immediately turned the emergency into a repair and not only resolved the problem completely, but was one of the most professional and personable person who could have responded.
