Crystal Rock Water Delivery Service 0223

I use to get my water from a different vender because i liked their water, I didn't, however. like their prices nor the company. On day i was at my barber's shop and tried their bottled water, it was Vermont Pure and every bit as good as the water i was currently getting and a a much better price. I changed to Crystal Rock and have been a satisfied customer since i switched. The only reason that CR didn't get 5 stars is that their on line app needs work to make it easier for the customer to use. I highly recommend the companies prices, quality of water, their delivery people and the people who answer the phone when i call to do what i should be able to easily do on line.

I've been using Crystal Rock for more than 15yrs and am very happy with them, great customer service, on the local level as that's as far as I have ever needed to go. We use them for home & business and wouldn't use any one else...

Giving Crystal Rock one star for their terrible customer service. They overcharged me by $60+ which I am now making a third phone call to resolve. Yesterday, I waited on hold for 27 minutes before giving up. Today, I am pushing 20 minutes on hold while I write this. The confusion is over a delivery that was never made to my house, but the driver submitted to billing. They did deliver two days later, but never credited my credit card for the incorrect invoice. The new app is no better than the website. What a waste of time this has become.

This is the same business as Crystal Rock. (See address and also see my review there). It is not a real business address for customers to visit. Go somewhere else.

Good quality, good service. We have a difficult driveway and the delivery guy always manages it. Deliveries are always on time.
