        Facilities are very clean. Extremely competant staff assisting us with our initial rental. Convenient location. Highly recommend this storage location.

        Water leaked into my climate-controlled unit and caused mold to grow on everything. I put good faith in this place that my stuff would be kept dry and secure. Their insurance policy I had been paying for every month doesn't cover water damage or mold or mildew. So not only did I lose a home during the uncertainty of the pandemic, I lost the entire contents, a lifetime of possessions, the storage fees I paid in advance (they don't give refunds based on their rental agreement, even when their structure fails), several days off from work to remedy the issue, truck rentals and dump fees to throw my things away, and more time off after i got sick from.dealing with the mold. Rightspace gave me one month of free storage that I didn't want as a consolation. Never even received a "we're sorry this happened" or anything. If I had not gone to my unit to pick up a box of clothes, the mold would still be festering and would have taken over the whole facility by now. They are lucky i even went there that day and caught it. This was a terrible experience and I hope no one else has to go through it.
