image It has been the worse experience on my stay here in north conway!! When I came into enterprise they told that theres no car available, and I got the reservation before, they never contacted me so I didnt know that they wouldnt rent me a car. Then they asked me for my license and they told me that they cannot rent me a car because Im 23 with a international license, this is not true because this is not the first time i rent a car in enterprise. They literally closed the door on our face and we didnt have a ride back. Not recommended at all.

image Awful experience. I chose this location bc it had way better reviews than Littleton. I'm an hour away and when I show up there's no car. I booked two weeks ago, actually 15 days ago as of writing this. I show up and no car. Trish was rude and very unprofessional. What if I needed to get to Boston Logan? What if I needed to go to PWM? I'd not make my flight. Then I was lied to that Trish tried calling me, she didn't. I'm an hour away so this isn't an easy trip.
I have screenshots of the conversation. Trish is not professional. No sorries, no fixing, and I was ignored. How is this acceptable? Now I have no car to get back to Boston. There's no competitor up here. Actually, if anyone knows a better service than Enterprise, let me know. I hope the company fixes this. If the customer after me needed this car, they'd have missed their flight or family meeting. I'm seething. I can provide screenshots. Unacceptable. I'm willing to amend my scathing review if this is fixed, but this is actually awful.

image Why would you let people book cars that you don't have? I got a call two hours before I was due to pick up a vehicle that there were none available. This throws a wrench in my entire vacation. I know better than to rent here in the future.

image I have been renting cars from Enterprise for over 15 years now and today I tried to rent a car for the weekend and got the royal run-around. I am a Diamond Member and was told we can put you on a "call if available" waiting list. I need to know if there will be a car not a call waiting list. I then asked what can I do to get a rental now! One again she will put me on a call when available list. This is totally unacceptable, so now Enterprise doesn't even want to rent you a car. Another victim of the Covid Epidemic. POOR customer service and NO attempt to even try to assist the what was a loyal customer. You get the feeling that you are bothering them, how sad.
