Working through our options for our situation of making space for my aging parents was made easier by our conversation with Peter. His knowledge and honesty were evident after our first meeting, and our concerns were met in a professional and personalized way!

We called in Great Dane to come remodel our bathroom just recently, and I gotta tell you; Peter was extremely phenomenal right out the gate! We were a little skeptical at first, but we decided to try him out as reviews are not always what they seem to be. I can tell you whole heartedly that he pulled all the necessary permits, had all our materials on site when he said he would, was here when he said he would be. Called us when his guys were out sick (only happened once) and kept us up to date consistently!!!! His plumber (Steve) was awesome to work with and his electrician was just as awesome! Our bathroom came out EXACTLY how we wanted it with a few little upgrades that Peter recommended and we were happy he had mentioned it. We are now in the que for the fall for our addition that we have been planning! THANK YOU PETER AND THE CREW AT GREAT DANE CONSTRUCTION FOR BEING RESPECTFUL, KIND , HONEST AND EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND CLEAN AND TIDY WITH REGARDS TO OUR HOUSE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREAT DANE!!!!

Great Dane took 75% of my money to renovate my bathroom and walked out on me, leaving me with a “bathroom” that has no toilet, no sink, no shower, no lights, no electricity, no door, and unfinished walls and ceiling. In August, we signed a contract and I put down 50% to begin work. He came in and ripped out my old bathroom down to the studs and then just stopped showing up for days or even weeks at a time. Every week he made promises about returning to work, every week he failed to show, giving me lie after lie after lie, until after 2 months had passed with no bathroom, he told me that he would not do any more work until I gave him more money. When I said no, he refused to come back and stopped talking to me - leaving this space in my bedroom that not only had no floor (or door to close it off) so was incredibly dangerous, it was filled with construction debris, including food wrappers (think: bugs!) and nails sticking out of boards. At this point, his assistant called and offered to get someone to come out to install the floor and tile what was to be the shower if I agreed to pay the next 25% in return and, I was assured, in writing, they would then be out the next week to complete the bathroom. They sent a sub to do the tile and floor that weekend, so I held my side of the agreement and gave them the next check, which they immediately cashed and then never returned again (except 1 morning, a month later, when they sent 3 guys to sit in my driveway for 20 minutes and refuse to come in, at which point I seriously feared for my safety). The next day (this was now in December - nearly 4 months after ripping out my bathroom) they sent me a letter stating that they would no longer work for me. I asked for my money back and they sent me a 2nd letter saying they would not return any of my money to me.
