Dr Jacques has a wonderful manner, listened to our concerns, and explained test results clearly. Her report with accommodations will serve our child very well in learning and social settings. She addressed her accommodations to be applicable for a student with visual impairment as well. We felt the visit was as accessible as possible for a child with cerebral/cortical visual impairment and highly recommend New England Audiology.

I had a great experience at N.E. Audiology!
The Doctor was very thorough and went above and beyond what I had experienced and my last hearing aid supplier. Besides that, they are thousands of dollars lower in hearing aid prices. So glad I found them.

Just had a wonderful consultation today. Brought my mother in and we met with a wonderful young lady, Nicole. She was extremely patient, honest, knowledgeable, and above all, caring to our needs. These people are in it for all the right reasons, and its not money. Highly recommend for any sort of hearing aids.
