They don't care about residents privacy. My mailbox has a door on it but it's never closed when there is mail in there.

The self-service kiosk is less than useless for large packages that already have stickers - the kiosk scanner wouldn't accept the sticker, and it claimed my package was too big to ship (which is absurd). Coupled with highly impractical hours (closing at 1 PM on Saturday? Seriously?), and the whole process is made much more difficult than it needs to be.
It's a shame, since the employees are great. But everything else needs to be much improved. Would've thought that in a place like Concord that is a state capital, they'd make it easier to do basic Postal Service stuff like shipping.

The employees are nice, but this location is ALWAYS packed when I'm here. Expect to be waiting at least 15-20 minutes before you get to the front of the line.
