    A year ago, My husband and I decided to downsize. We sold our home, thinking wed rent for a few months while we were looking for something to purchase. We knew nothing about Dover, just wanted something closer to the coast and we very were tentative about renting. Turns out, we love Dover and renting at the Orpheum! We love the location, so walkable to downtown. The neighbors are great and we enjoy the social activities arranged by the Orpheum team. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I think were going to be here a while!

    The team at Orpheum is attentive and exceptional. Living downtown at the Orpheum is easy, safe and has a great sense of community. Jills cocktail nights are legendary, and there are so many ways to connect with people who are living here or have office space in the building. Love it!

    Being new to renting, Orpheum walked me through the whole procedure. Someone is always available to assist with a question or problem. Necessary repairs are dealt with in a timely manner. Events are held quite often and it gives the residents a chance to meet neighbors and socialize. The building is very clean and has a pleasant crew on staff. Being right downtown is fabulous. I hardly ever have to drive now that I am retired. I feel very safe in my home.

    A great spot to live for all ages. Very friendly managers and office staff, as well as residents. I thought it was a great touch that they monthly get togethers to allow you to interact and become more friendly with your neighbors. The amenities that are offered at the Orpheum are hard to come by and are a good addition to living here. Also the apartment layout, design and upkeep are a great features when looking for a safe and modern apartment.

    After paying the application deposit, it took over 2 weeks for any sort of response from the Orpheum. Calling their phone number (during weekday business hours) gave me their answering service. Then they wouldn't return my deposit. Even attempting to live here was a mistake.

Our policy states that upon approval of an application, your holding deposit is converted to your security deposit.
