If you have an issue you need addressed, when you call your local office you have the right to request that you speak with someone in the USA. It will make the experience quicker and easier as you will both speak the same English! I pay in US Dollars and expect to be taken care of by someone in the US. This applies to all companies.

Dont trust a company that annoys you with commercials. Learned that the hard way. They spend all their money on commercials and dont have enough to help you when you need it. Basically they hide behind their fine print. Its all smoke and mirror deception. Even look at the reviews here a bunch of them are about employment and sound awfully fake. Use your head America! Go anywhere else!

In short: STAY AWAY. Got the bums rush dressed to the nines in person by someone whose role was apparently forged in Boston riot management. Relax, were your docile sports-subjugated colonial serfs and we cant actually concealed-carry pitchforks and empty rheumatism cure bottles. WE are here only to serve YOU! Did receive very responsive and fair collision coverage, I will say that, but now Im not able to renew without putting down $1800, being unable to pay online one day before cancellation. I have to drive for a living now, and I get paid daily. If you want to walk with a big loss thats fine. You paid out $2600 and I just finished moving back to save $500+ a month in gas, storage fees, car wear and tear, and reduced rent after the loss of my wife and a move 22 miles away from work. Since that low-speed but unavoidable deer collision in civilized Rochester, I have had 45,000 miles of safe driving. It wouldve been easy money for you to keep going with me. Your general appearance in my life is an obnoxious one Practically every single advertisement on YouTube is yours despite reporting them, and I think about how much so many ads to me, a paying customer, cost throughout a year, very likely the amount of the payment that I wouldve liked to have made yesterday. My rates have begun to go down with Geico and I never had to use them so again this is your loss after paying out $2600. You would easily have recouped the entire amount if you didnt charge me the entire policy all at once because I got paid on a daily basis with very minor fluctuations in pay. Im sorry that your Boston mafia overlords forced you into draconian customer service garbage like that. But again, just stay away everyone. Do not use any of their services after how they treated me.
