I have been on this path of self healing for about 9 months. My first step on that path was BioField Tuning with Kara. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was open to it and excited to try something new. With her expertise I left that first session feeling so refresh, calm and had a sense of peace. I continue to go for monthly sessions with Kara. I recognize when I need some energy work or as I put it a 'tune up'. EVERY ONE of the session leaves me feeling better when I leave than how I felt when I arrived. Kara is one of the most kind, compassionate, empathetic people I have ever worked with. BioField Tuning with Kara is one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself! I cannot imagine being on this path of self healing without Biofield and Kara. The benefits have far exceeded my expectations and they are long-lasting! I continue to be purged of bad, stuck energy that has held me back on my journey thanks to Kara!

Where to start....Kara is the epitome of healing energy. Her demeanor, her space- every aspect of an appointment with her is calming, healing, and restorative. She is truly in her element. I simply cannot say enough of how highly I regard her and the services she provides.
