Halstead Countryside

I've been living at Halstead since 4th Quarter of 2022 and renewed my lease for my 2nd year here. I've had nothing but positive encounters with everyone on their staff including but not limited to Michael who initially gave us a tour before moving in, Haley who has been exceptional in dealing with things that have come up, and Steve from maintenance who always takes care of any tickets we've put in, not to mention he's fellow Celtics fan! The improvements made in the main building since moving in have been top notch, although it would great to see them continue making improvements in the apartments and not just the main building. They recently implemented ButterflyMX for accessing the package room but have yet to implement anything in the apartments with ButterflyMX as this application can also be integrated with locks on buildings and cameras for checking who is trying to buzz into your apartment which should be a standard at a Bozzuto property. I love that Halstead is now a non smoking property.... Hopefully residents will have common courtesy regarding this and leave the property and/or go for a walk to show respect to their fellow neighbors moving forward as many residents in our building have babies and small children. Recently the inclement weather caused the fence between the basketball court & pickleball court to fall over and it has been like this over a month which is a concern for both safety as well as the nice weather right around the corner. Lets get that resolved so we can look forward to some summer games on the court!!

A peaceful community, not so far from the downtown. I moved here in the December 2023. I pretty much like the community Clubhouse. Clubhouse gym has lot of equipment to exercise as per my requirements. I love to play 8ball pool in the lounge. We once had an issue in our washroom, I called to lease office and they sent a person to resolve the issue in the quick time. Thanks to the lease office staff Roy and Mike. A pet Friendly community with a dog park and a pet shower from in the clubhouse. Manchester Transport Authority operates Frequent public buses available to Downtown and to Walmart,Market Basket and Target.

So excited to be calling Halstead Countryside my new home. In love with the property! Michael was a pleasure to work with, and the office staff is always so helpful and responsive to any questions that I may have.
