David Osterman is not only an amazing lawyer but an incredible human being. Before I was introduced to Dave I had tried to file chapter 7 with another attorney. Needless to say it was not going to work. I was advised by a friend who years ago had Dave as his bankruptcy lawyer. So I decided to call and speak to Dave keeping in mind I had already paid the other attorney.I called we met and the rest is history. I fired the first lawyer and immediately hired Dave. As the weeks went on it was a somewhat bumpy road not knowing if I would qualify for chapter 7 or have to go with 13. Through all of the ups and downs I never felt alone in this. He always kept it real whether was good news or not good. We came up with a plan, I followed all his advice and low and behold on November 2nd I had my day or I should say 3 minutes in court and my case was heard. It was finally over.
