        Hello I have been noticing for quite some time now that your drivers been keeping there engines running when they pickup a patient or dropping them off.Well today was no different when one of your drivers first of all dropped off my mother at the wrong location.When he did arrive finally to the correct location keep his engine running.I told him he needs to shut off his engine to his care plus van.I ask him why he would leave it on knowing it is dangerous breathing in carbon monoxide.Did not give me an answer but did shut off his engine.This location was at Bedford,New Hampshire care van plate#395 7973 I think that you need to change your policy about leaving engines running. I have talked to many people at nursing homes that I myself make delivery to and they do agree with me 100%.
