I can't say enough how amazing this company is. From the first phone call and on. The ladies in the office are beyond amazing, the representatives in the call center are also amazing. I have called with no oil and had a delivery the next day without any "emergency" delivery fees. They are always willing to work with toy to make sure you and your family have what they need. I am beyond grateful to have found a company that truly does what they say. Thank you so much for being amazing!

Ill never order oil again from this company. Ive been a loyal customer for 10 yrs and always felt their pricing was average. After I received my delivery and chocked when I saw the bill today I made a few calls and found they are between $.40 -$1.00 more expensive than any place around me. Unbelievable.

Fine until they mess up. Although I'm on auto delivery, ended up out of propane because their delivery driver tried to deliver to the wrong house. When contacted the rep read the notes indicating they couldn't access the property 2 weeks ago, turns out that is my neighbors property. At no point did they reach out to inform me of this. Contacted the office at 330 pm and they informed they'd have some one out the same day. The office reached out at 930pm advising I were still on their route but couldn't give an eta. Ended up having to stay available to meet their tech at 1:45 am who delivered 10 gallons. 0 stars for the delivery screwing this up, 5 stars for Harry who drove through crappy weather and got us enough propane for the night. Hoping they deliver today...

I have been doing price comparisons to leave Rymes for propane delivery. (Rymes has significantly gone down hill since Superior bought them out) A representative named Bob reached out to me and was very nice. Explained my situation to him and he did everything he could to try and help but his company couldn't beat the current offer. Bob however remained very pleasant to speak with and didn't immediately dismiss me when he learned that he was going to be unable to earn my business. Most representatives show their true colors when they find out they will not be getting business from you. Cost is a huge factor for me and my family and I wish I could afford to pay a little bit more to get the customer service I like. Thank you Bob for being a great representative for this company. I will keep you in mind for the future!
